Disappointed

Rushed both loading and unloading. I heard them complain about how big the job was but yet I paid them to move my belongings and they signed on the dotted line to accept their positions as movers. If they have an issue with the job description they should talk to the owner. I asked them to put my new mattress in a mattress cover and they said my mattress was going to fine and now it is damaged/soiled. My new refrigerator got scratched in 2 places down to the metal. I literally put signs on the walls so they knew where to put boxes and I still had to move boxes around. When they unloaded they would unload 3 to 4 boxes on a dolly and whatever the top box said that is where they put the boxes. They lack being able to ask and communicate. They did not have the tools on the truck that they needed to do ie break down a bed frame and plywood for a picture. It is apparent that the issues I had are because of the lack of training and it is all about the money. They had to hire 2 people to help unload so they got 2 people on the spot. Moving is never easy or is it fun and we all have our particulars. I think it would be golden if those people that work in the moving industry wouId put the other shoe on and have their stuff moved by a stranger and see what happens when something gets soiled, torn or broken. You can have sympathy but until you have walked the walked don't tell the customer that you understand because you really don't. I have moved 8 times 2 being across country. I have put in for a claim and have yet to hear from them.

movers (Wade and Shawn) called to let us know they'd be on time. They were professional, sociable, and kind. We would be very happy to work with the company and these two movers again.They also worked very hard.

My experience with them.

These guys are very un professional. They came late hour and half after I received their message that they were in their way. I agreed for 2 people with a truck but found 3 people with higher rate per hour came to my apartment. When I ask why there is 3, one of them said the third person was supposed to go to another moving by his team person didn’t show up so he came with us. It’s not my problem to get third person, there was an agreement. They spent 45-55 minutes in breaks, smoking in the truck without cutting this time from the paid time. One of them stayed inside the truck cabinet for 45 minutes doing no work. The other one stayed for 20 minutes talking on his phone, then when he saw me starring at him he came to work with one hand while he still talking on the phone. They installed the bed wrong and there is scratches everywhere in the bed , couch, dinning table. They tried to get me to pay for the time since I received their message that they were in their way and they said that they went to my new address first so that’s why they were late. It’s not my issue that there is miss communication between you and your company. I had horrible experience, please do not hire them.
